• Handcrafted items may have slight variations, making each piece unique
• Carat weights and dimensions are approximate and may vary within accepted tolerances

3. Account Registration

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Payment is accepted via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment information is processed securely through PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store your complete card details on our servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. High-value items require signature upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our comprehensive return policy is detailed on our Returns & Exchanges page. We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Certain items, including earrings (for hygiene reasons) and personalised pieces, may be non-returnable. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

10. Product Care and Warranty

While we use quality materials, proper care is essential for maintaining the beauty and integrity of your jewellery. We provide care instructions with each purchase. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or loss of stones due to improper care.

11. Jewellery-Specific Warranties

• Metal Integrity: We guarantee that all precious metals meet the stated purity standards (e.g., 925 sterling silver, 9ct/18ct gold)
• Gemstone Authenticity: All gemstones are genuine and accurately described. Synthetic or treated stones are clearly identified as such
• Craftsmanship: All settings, clasps, and joints are covered against manufacturing defects
• Plating: Gold-plated items have a limited warranty against plating defects under normal use

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jewellery Central and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website, purchase of products, or any actions taken based on information provided on the Website.
