Every bespoke commission begins with a conversation — your story, your stones, your occasion. From that first message, the atelier draws, agrees, and makes the piece by hand. Atelier appointments are arranged by email; tell us when you would like to visit.

How quickly will you reply?
We aim to respond within one business day, Monday to Friday. If your message is about an existing order, include your order number so we can find it quickly.
Can I commission a bespoke piece?
Yes. Every commission begins with a conversation — tell us about the occasion, the stones, or the piece you have in mind, and the atelier will take it from there.
Do you offer care and repair?
Care and repair is part of the maison’s service for the life of a piece. Email us to arrange cleaning, resizing, or stone tightening.
